Designed specifically for mold making, the VM-3 is a high-performancemachine featuring a generous 40″ x 26″ x 25″ (1016 x 660 x 635mm) work cube, a 54″ x 25″ (1372 x 655mm) table, a 12,000-rpm spindle powered by a 30-hp vector dual drive system, and a high-speed control with full look-ahead.
It has a maximum weight capacity of4000 lb.
The VM-3 has 24+1 side-mount tool changer that swaps tools in 2.8 seconds and high-speed machining software.
